Shipping policy
We ship orders twice a week—on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST on Monday or Wednesday will be processed for dispatch on the next shipping day.
- Orders placed on other days will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.
Please allow extra time for dispatch during busy periods or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Australia (Standard Shipping): Free for all orders.

Australia (Express Shipping): Available for an additional $5 per order.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your parcel is dispatched.
Ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at hello@treemu.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
